Q: Do I need gym equipment?
A: A set of dumbbells, some resistance bands, and a bench or sturdy surface are the basic necessities of the program!

Q: What if I’m a beginner?
A: This program was written with YOU in mind. You’ll learn how to train safely, build confidence, and progress week to week. I go over all the major lifts and the fundamentals of strength training in this program, so you won’t be a beginner by the end of the 12 weeks!

Q: Can I repeat the program?
A: You’ll get lifetime access to the program, so you can absolutely repeat it!

Q: Will this help with fat loss?
