FAQ

  • Do I need a gym? No, but you will need access to at least dumbbells, a bench (or you can get creative around your house), and a resistance band.

  • How long are workouts? the 12 week program comes with 3 strength training workouts each week that are approximately 30-40 minutes long. You also get access to 5 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts you can supplement into your routine throughout the 12 weeks. These are approximately 15-30 minutes long.

  • Do I have to track macros? You will have to track your intake, ideally through tracking calories and macros- but you’ll also get access to a Customized Nutrition Guide that will help you estimate your intake without tracking calorie and macros through using Precision Nutrition’s hand-size portion method

  • I’m a beginner—will this fit me? Yes! All levels can do well in Healthier. Stronger. Leaner: LIVE. In fact, the accountability, support, personalized guidance, and extra tools in the LIVE version will be INCREDIBLE to help you get started!

  • What if I miss a week? If you miss one week, work hard not to miss two weeks! Life is going to happen. Sometimes that means missing things. There’s no penalty if you miss- just work on growing your consistency, however that needs to look for you.

  • What happens after 12 weeks? You keep working towards your goals! My Nourish & Strengthen program is also the perfect next step to keep your training, nutrition, and habits growing in the right direction as you work towards your goals. I (Coach B) will help you personally determine the next best steps for you after the program is complete.
