What is the challenge? How does it work?

For 60 days, you’ll work to do the 6 Fundamental Habits of Health “more days than you don’t” (4/7 days per week) and you’ll track your consistency in the LET app.

Every time you cross off a habit, you’ll earn 10 points and work your way up the Leaderboard!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners- How are they determined?

The top 3 people with the most points who have also filled out all their check in forms will be awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!

Biweekly Giveaways- How do those work?

Each week you’ll be prompted to fill out a weekly check in form through Google Forms. Every two weeks we’ll do a drawing for the biweekly giveaways and you earn entries into the drawing by filling out your check in forms!

 FAQs

  • NOPE! The “30 minutes of movement” habit can be whatever you need it to be. Walks, pilates, running, biking, hiking, swimming…you name it! You will get access to a library of workout options though that you can do at home or in the gym. We also have our signature Nourish & Strengthen program you can add on if you want a true strength program to follow for the challenge!

  • That’s real life friend- not every week will be perfect and it’s often hard and messy when trying to stay on track. The Sustainable 60 Challenge is all about consistency, not perfection, and learning to pivot, not stop. So it’s totally fine if you’ve got summer plans! This challenge can travel and adventure with you, and I promise you can still remain consistent with a lot of the habits along the way.

  • Inside the challenge there will be a group Leaderboard where every time you cross off a habit, you’ll earn 5 points. Each week you’ll be prompted to fill out a weekly check in form through Google Forms. The top 3 people with the most points who have also filled out all their check in forms will be awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!

  • The workouts in the workout library are between 30-45 minutes long.

  • No! Although it can help to track your calories and macros if you’re using the challenge to hold you accountable for goals like fat loss.
